The Space
The floor area of this apartment is 65 sqm. 2 Bedrooms Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. 1 Bathroom + 1 En-suite Enjoy the privacy of your en-suite, plus a main bathroom with a bath and shower. Bath towels, hand towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand gel and toilet rolls will be ready for you to use. Fully equipped kitchen Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just a quick snack, our kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic seasoning, baking paper, and kitchen rolls to get you started. Open-plan living area Relax in the bright and airy living room, which features a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and large sliding doors to the balcony, which let in plenty of natural light. Central location Step outside, and you will find yourself close to Sheffield’s vibrant city centre. An array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and attractions are all within walking distance. The apartment is just a 17-minute walk to Sheffield train station. Additional facilities: – Free 5G Wi-Fi – Washer Dryer – Iron and ironing board – Lift access Free parking: We have an allocated free parking space for your car in the garage and if you plan to come with a van (up to 4.5m), we will secure a free parking space approximately 150m from the apartment. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is the perfect base for exploring Sheffield’s many attractions. Please note: If you stay longer than two weeks, we will clean the apartment once a week, change the bed linen, towels, and mats, and top up the toilet rolls (at no extra charge).
