It all began with a simple mission: providing comfortable stays in Sheffield. And as we focused on making contractors and professionals feel at home, things just naturally evolved.
Companies started asking if we could help them find accommodation in Manchester, Leeds, and places we’d need a map to locate… And we listened.
At Comfy Stays For You, we still manage properties for landlords in Sheffield. But thanks to our growing network of SA operators across the UK who shared our “no-nonsense, actually-works-for-working-people” approach, we decided to expand and help those who arrange accommodation so they wouldn’t have to struggle with it.
We’re not some massive corporate machine – we’re a small team with a personal approach. Your enquiries aren’t just numbers to us; they’re actual people needing real places to stay. That human touch is something we’re fiercely proud of, and it’s exactly what I look for when bringing new people into our team – they’ve got to share that same outlook.
Whether your request is handled by Marta (that’s me) or anyone from our team, we all share the same goal: when we get your enquiry, we find what we believe is the most suitable accommodation within your budget. And once you choose, we’ll make sure everything is in place and you’re completely covered. We’re there when you need us, and perfectly happy to stay in the background when you don’t.
We understand things can go wrong at the most inconvenient times. That’s why you’ll always have a direct contact – someone you can call who’ll sort issues immediately. No waiting until Monday because it’s the weekend. No waiting until morning because it’s 1am. We’re there.
Even though we don’t directly own the properties (they belong to our network of SA operators), it’s in everyone’s interest to make sure everything works properly so your contractors can stay comfortably for as long as needed.

How far in advance should we book?
Ideally at least 2-3 weeks, especially for larger groups or popular locations. But we’ve worked miracles on shorter notice, so always worth asking.
What information do you need to get started?
Location(s), dates, number of people, budget per person/night, and any special requirements. The more specific you are, the better options we can find.
Can you handle large teams across multiple locations?
Absolutely. Whether you need accommodation for 5 people in one location or 50 people across three cities, we’ll coordinate everything under one point of contact.
What’s your minimum/maximum stay length?
We specialise in medium to long-term stays (typically 1-12 months), but we’re flexible. Construction projects rarely fit into neat timeframes, so neither do we.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
Everything from basic functional flats to higher-end houses, depending on your budget and needs. All properties are selected specifically for working professionals, not holiday-makers.
Do you work across the entire UK?
Yes, we have partnerships with property operators throughout England. Whether you need accommodation in Sheffield, Manchester, London, or some village you’ve never heard of but suddenly have a project in, we can help.
