Check-in details

These go straight to the guests, so please write them as you would explain them to someone arriving
late at night. You can type the answers, send us the check-in pack you already have, or do both –
whatever is quickest for you. If anything is missing we will come back and ask for just that bit.



1  TYPE THE ANSWERS



What to type into Google Maps or Apple Maps. If the postcode drops people in the wrong spot, give us the one that actually works.


Where to leave a car, and whether a van fits. Permits or restrictions if there are any.


Where the key box is and the code to open it, or who they meet and how to reach them.


Network name and password, exactly as they are typed.


Where the thermostat is and how to change the temperature. If it is set at the radiators or through an app, say so.


Is it on all the time, or on a timer? If there is a timer, tell us how to change it – the guests work shifts and often need hot water at odd hours.


Bin days, quirks, anything a guest would otherwise ring you about.

2  OR SEND WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE



Up to three files, 8 MB each. A PDF or photos of the key safe, boiler and parking all work. Please do not include your company name, logo, phone number or email on them.


So we know who to come back to if something is missing.
