Step by step
HOW IT WORKS

After you fill out your profile details above and sign up, you can add your properties manually or send us a spreadsheet with two columns - full property address and your Airbnb or Booking.com link (or both) - via WhatsApp on +44 7774 162361 or to office@relocatestay.com and we will upload everything for you and send you back the links to your properties so you can check everything looks correct.

We showcase your property to our corporate clients - whether you have a cosy 1-bedroom flat or a spacious 6-bedroom house, we receive inquiries for solo professionals and large teams alike

When we receive an inquiry matching your property, you'll get an email to provide your best price

We present your offer alongside others to the client (with our markup added)

Upon acceptance, we'll ask you to sign our standard non-circumvention agreement and send us an invoice

Once the client pays, we transfer the payment directly to you

Before check-in, we'll request check-in information (getting inside, parking, WiFi, heating instructions) to share with the client
