• Do you only arrange accommodation for construction teams?

  No. Construction teams are a big part of what we do, but we also arrange accommodation for other businesses, professionals and organisations that need reliable self-catering stays for people working away from home.

• Can you work around specific team requirements?

  Yes – and the more you tell us upfront, the better. Separate bedrooms, parking for vans, a certain distance from site, specific bed arrangements or anything else that matters to your team should go into the enquiry. It saves everyone time and helps us find the right fit sooner.

• How far in advance should we book?

  Ideally, give us at least 2–3 weeks, particularly for larger teams or high-demand locations. That said, projects don’t always give you that luxury – if you need accommodation at short notice, send us the details and we’ll see what we can do.

• What information do you need to get started?

  Location, dates or approximate length of stay, team size, budget per person per night and any must-haves such as parking, separate rooms or maximum travel time to site. The more accurate the information, the quicker we can narrow the search down to options that genuinely work for your team.

• Can you handle large teams across multiple locations?

  Yes. Whether you’re placing a small team in one location or multiple teams across different parts of the UK, we can coordinate the accommodation through one point of contact and one consistent process.

• What’s your minimum/maximum stay length?

  We specialise in medium to long-term stays, but we know project dates rarely fit into neat little boxes. Tell us what you need – whether the dates are fixed, approximate or likely to change – and we’ll look for the most suitable options available.

• What types of accommodation do you offer?

  Self-catering houses and apartments ranging from practical, budget-conscious options to higher-spec accommodation, depending on your team, location and budget. We focus on properties that work for people staying away for work – not just somewhere that looks nice for a weekend.

• Do you work across the entire UK?

  Yes. We work with a growing network of accommodation providers across the UK. Whether your next project is in a major city or somewhere you had to Google five minutes ago, send us the location and we’ll start searching.

• What happens if something goes wrong during the stay?

  That’s part of what we’re here for. You and your team can contact us directly instead of trying to work out which landlord, operator or booking platform to chase. From heating problems to a leaking tap, we’ll coordinate with the accommodation provider and help get the issue sorted.

• How much does your service cost us?

  Your quoted rate includes the accommodation along with our full support throughout the booking. You get one clear price and one consistent process, without a separate Relocate Stay service fee added on top.
